FOLDER NINE

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026

Folder Nine is a single-player adventure puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed while using the app.

Information we collect

Folder Nine does not require account registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.

Game progress — visited folders, inventory, endings, and achievements — is stored only on your device.

If you send us feedback or a support message, we receive the text of that message, along with basic technical information such as platform, app version, and locale needed to respond and diagnose issues.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to messages, diagnose bugs, and improve the app.

Third-party services

Folder Nine works fully offline and does not send gameplay data to any server.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own privacy policies.

Children

Folder Nine is intended as a general-audience adventure game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention

Because game progress is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and do not store it on our own servers. Messages sent to our support email are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your choices

You can delete the app along with your local progress at any time, and you can choose not to contact us.
